A photo the recognition can handle
- Lettering fills the frame, phone about a hand span away
- Even light from the side, no flash — flash reflects off skin
- Camera parallel to the lettering, not at an angle from above
- Skin pulled flat; lettering over a curve distorts the letters
- Wait with fresh tattoos: redness and swelling distort the outline
